How to use the Airtable Base?

🧐Note: You might experience some trouble connecting to the database with Safari. In that case, you can open the 'enter the password' link in a new tab. Chrome will let you connect without any issue.

1.Use different views

From the top left of your screen, you can select from 3 different options to view the database.

👉 The Simple Grid View shows the main information about each tool and resource for easy navigation.

👉 The Easy Gallery View gives you a more visual view of the database with cards and previews of the tool's website.

👉 The Full Database View shows more information, tags, types, and rates for each tool and resource.

2.Use the Search feature

From the top right of your screen, you can click on the APPS button to open the Search feature. Type any tool name or keyword and you will see all the corresponding results immediately. It's the easiest way to find what you need!

3.Use filters

Click on the Filters button to open the different pre-filled filtering options. Use the different options (Tool / Resource, Objective, Made for / I need, and Tags to see and view only what you need.
